I keep loosing Vba Modules in my.mdb though its password protecte.

[NEED HELP WITH ACCESS & VBA CODE]

i have lost my Vba Code files twice....i am just wondering what could be the
reasons for this....i have my vba code protected with password in visual
basic editor.any input will be appreciated.

Make sure you have the most recent Access service packs installed. Also, if
you are importing any code into your file, be sure to compile your database
before importing. I'm not sure if this is related to your problem, but it's
an issue in ACC2000.

Thanx LW fr ur help.i just came to know another thing that is at my work the
Back up routine was schedule for 5.30 every evening and at that time some
users are still logged on so i was wondering can that be one of the reason
that may be u cannt get clean backup when user is log on and u r baking up
that .mdb and that may have caused it to corrupt vb modules...
let me know what u think abt this..
