I keep losing the MROUND function

In Excell XP and 2003, the MROUND function turns itself off
and all calculations based on MROUND are disabled. I have
to turn off the Analysis Tool Pack and then turn it back
on. This happens while I'm in the spreadsheet working.

This has happend on more than one computer. Have a P4 with
1GB of RAM.

Anyone have any ideas?
