I keep receiving e-mails ( same person) with the body blank

The e-mail is received and the header is fine but the message or body of the
e-mail is completely blank

Which version of Outlook?
Any email antivirus integration enabled?
What email client does that person use?

When you right-click in the body of the e-mail, is View Source available
in the context menu? If so, can you actually view it? Since Outlook
uses IE libraries to render HTML-formatted e-mails, you may need to
reregister the DLL file, as in:

regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
