I locked a doc...how do I unlock this thing?

I some how got somewhere I probally shouldn't have been....and locked my
documents.. and I have no idea how to get out of this mess. I just want to go
back to where the settings where before I messed it up. Any help would be
appricated.

Have you activated Word?
Is this a trial version of Word that has now expired?
