I lost a Go command for Newsgroups.

When I was trying to set up my Outlook to read newsgroups, I didn't get the
News command copied into the Go command and I cannot find where the News
command went. How can I get it back so I can insert it into the Go command so
I can use Outlook reader to view newsgroup posts?
