I lost a MS document before saving it

I was typing a document in MS Word and pressed somethinga
derased the document. Is their anyway to retreive the
document text I was just typing?

If the document is still open, press Ctrl+Z (Undo). You probably pressed
Ctrl+A, which selected the entire document, then replaced it with the next
keystroke.
