I lost my cert of auth & my pc crashed I have disc any ideas? I am reloading
my programs but I cant't find the COA, I did register it at one time is there
anywhere I can find this or get these #'s?

I can't help with the past, but learned the hard way too. Now I keep a
spreadsheet (backed up, of course) with all my software ad license numbers,
with which computer they are installed on.
I also make a backup copy of the original disc. My windows XP disc
blistered, and when I went to reinstall it last year I had to buy a new copy
because the disc was bad. Now I only carry the copy with me, with the
license numbers written on the cd and in a notepad document burned into the
cd. Originals are in a safe, dry environment.
