I have lost my certificate of authenticity for Microsoft
Office 2000, Small Business Edition. How can I get a new
one

If Office 2000 came with a PC or is an OEM edition
contact the PC supplier for a replacement installation key.
If it's a boxed retail copy of Office 2000 you can
contact Microsoft through the numbers on http://microsoft.com/worldwide
(800-360-7561 in the U.S.).
