I lost my history in BCM - all functionality is lost

I lost my history and links to BCM in my business contacts. The card is now
identical to the regular contacts card. The Business Accounts Card is also
changed. It is the same card as the regular contacts card. This is for
every entry in BCM. Just imagine everything in BCM reverting back to a
simple contact card with all the functionality gone. I use this feature all
the time! I did nothing (that I'm aware of) to make this happen. Any
suggestions?

HELP!!!
