Hi,
I think what happened is that you pulled the end of the horizontal
scroll bar all the way to the right by accident and this made the
slider and arrows dissappear. You should see a little gray rectangle
at the lower right side of your drawing window just to the left of the
vertical scroll bar. Grab that with your mouse and pull it to the
left. Note that this is peculiar to the horizontal scroll bar only...
you can't do this with the vertical.
