I lost my internet explorer, how can i get it back?

How can I reinstall my internet explorer? The following msg. on the address
bar is the following: http://badurl.grandstreetinteractive.com. Connecting
to 127.0.0.1
My internet is working, my messengers are working but not the internet
explorer, and I can not search anything from the address bar.

Sorry, but I never follow URL's posted to news groups, there's far to many
links to scum-ware sites being posted lately.

The IP address 127.0.0.1 is a loop-back to your PC; try check in your IE
settings or re-post to an IE ralated news group, they'd be better able to
offer suggestions.

Since the scum dates from mid-2004,
your AV and ad-aware or spybot *should* remove the scum,
unless the scummies have recently counter-attacked.
