I lost my Outlook 2003 and MS Office. How to get them back?

By mistake, I deleted the MS Business Contact. Unable to open my Outlook 2003
and other office programmes. How do I reinstall without losing any of my
mails?
Sitting in China unable to get work done.
Please help ASAP.

Uninstalling/reinstalling won't delete any emails just like uninstalling
Word doesn't delete all your doc-files.
