I lost my Visio Pro 2003 CD, how do I get a replacement?

I still have the case and Product key, but no CD. Is there a place I can
download the image? If not, who do I request a replacement CD from?

I'd suggest that you contact the people you purchased it from and ensure you
have a receipt. I have strong doubts about MS doing anything.

Microsoft Publisher installation CD, you can order replacement media from
Microsoft.

As always, you should have some way of providing proof of purchase (e.g.
