I lost pst and had to change to another one. How do I get rid of.

I lost my pst due to some spyware. I had to go to another pst in Outlook.
Now when I open Outlook (2003) I have one personal folder that opens normally
and one that does not expand and I can't remove it. When I go into options
this pst doesn't show up under data files. What can I do to get rid of the
personal folder?
