I Lost the case to reinstall my xp wat do i do for a product key

in most cases the product key in on a sticker on your pc, other than that
either phone MS, or purchase a new copy.

I have the same issue. Dell is not being helpful, even though they're the
ones who told me to restore my PC to factory settings. Is there any way to
get the key from Microsoft if I have registered the product?
