I lost this whole program

i really am not happy with Microsoft. Im looking for help,but nobody is
willing to help me.
My problem is I got my pc reformatted, now my product key is invalid....
What do I do to get it back?

Your OneNote product key may be different to your Office (2007?) product
key.

Check your OneNote packaging for the correct product key.
