I need a CD with Access 97

I have a customer with a custom app written with Access 97.
He wants to upgrade one desktop to Windows XP. A newer
version of Access wants to convert the database. That would make it
impossible for the other older machines to read the database.
The guy that wrote the app died and took all the older CD's with.
Is there any Access 97 CD still in existence to try to load on
the machine he wants to upgrade?

Are you saying you are looking to buy a copy of Access 97? I'm not
sure it's even available in the aftermarket, but check with
DirectDeals.com. They used to sell old versions of MS software.

Well, I guess I was wrong, because Amazon.com is selling Office 97 Pro
on CD for $45!

BTW, do not, under any condition, fail to install both service packs for
Office 97. There are some serious bugs which affect data integrity that are
fixed in SR 2, and you need to install SR 1 first.
