I need a database that counts customers and issues I see them for.

I need to see if there is a database that I can use as a template to count
customer contacts, maniatin various contact types, sort through these types
and exhibit the type of contact. Lastly, report it in an excel spreadsheet
and tally various other reports from the contact that I place in the tables.
