I need a `database to keep track of product samples

It's considered polite to use the big white area to post a
comprehensible question.

Are you asking one of the unpaid volunteers here to put in ten or
twenty hours to create a database for you free of charge? Or advice on
how to start building such a database yourself (MUCH more likely to
get a favorable response)?
