I need a few simple pointers

I am in need of some simple pointers of the direction i should go. I have
asked a few other newsgroups my questions with little to no assistance.

I am creating a website for a local nonprofit org and i have very little
experience with creating websites. MS Frontpage has made it a little easier
but still i am at a loss. what i need help with is creating a report from
data that i have collected in a registration form. the data is in the
_private folder in .csv format but i cannot figure out what to use to
display the data. once i display the data i will need to catorgize based on
a few fields but i think i can figure that out once i am able to create the
general report.

btw, the reason why i did not use a standard db template is i am having a
lot of issues running .asp. the error i keep getting is that the server
needs to support these file types although i have installed iis on xp pro
machine with all features enabled they still cannot load. they simply keep
showing the raw html.

if anyone can please point me in a direction to find a few of these answers
i would greatly appreciate it.
