I need a fix for using Outlook 2003 with eFax.

eFax claims to have a fix for this problem but I can't find it. I* need to
keep copies of sent faxes complete with cover sheets. Selecting the eFax
option of send using Outlook returns a "unsuccessful" message so I've had to
select send using efax which doesn't save cover sheets.

You haven't posted any clear information.
A fix for what problem?
Why are you not asking eFax?
