One option is to close OneNote, open Windows Explorer, navigate to your
notebook folder, copy the old notebook (it will show there as a folder), and
paste it as a new folder. You can then Open that doc in OneNote.
But, since I have the feeling there is more to your question than what I am
reading, can you tell us a little more about what you want from the "fresh
start"??
