I need a graph that will track sales result like a thermometer

I want to show sales dollars to goal/how far from our goal we are YTD---I'd
like it to look like the thermometor does when you track things such as fund
raisers, etc.

It is about Excel but you can create the chart there then copy/paste to
powerpoint.

Lucy, how else would you get a chart into PPT but to create it in
Excel? You would be thinkin' about using MS Grump I hope. If you are,
may all the 'roos make a mess of your backyard. (vbg)
