I need a macro that will open contacts

I need to figure out how to write a macro that will open a shared contacts on a exchange server sbs 2003. I have shared the administrators contacts and can open them from the client computer. I now need to figure out how to include in a form letter a macro that says [Insert Referring Doc from AddressBook] and it opens the administrators contacts on the server. This is for a transcription department. Any ideas? Thanks
