I need a macro to search across multiple files

I need to do search and replace across multiple doc files, and be prompted
before each replace. Is there such a utility, macro? Thank you.

Thank you. This is good, but it does not prompt me before the change. I
need to be able to approve/disapprove each change before it happen.
