I need a public calendar

I need to set up a calendar that everyone in our exchange server can see and
edit ect... I may need to set up 3 to 4 public calendars. How can I do this?

Ask your Exchange administrator to do it for you. If you are the Exchange
administrator, grab your manual or go down the corridor to the Exchange
Newsgroup as they can help youi there with this.

Create the calendars in the public folder. File, New folder - choose
calendar as the type and select a location in the public folders.

The limitation for a public folder Calendar type is that there will
be no Free/Busy Information and Double booking may be an
issue. However, it can be "mail enabled" and you can send the
appointments directly to the folder via email using the SMTP.

A mailbox used as a resource is another solution. The following

However, If you use Exchange Server I would suggest the use
of the AutoAccept Agent. We use this with great success.
