I need a real time clock that the seconds and minutes update automaticly in
between slides.

AutoDateTime from OfficeOne. Available for download from
http://officeone.mvps.org/autodatetime/autodatetime.html.
Does not support PPT 2007. I've been using it for years
with great results. You may have to tweak PPT macro
