i need a template for creatinga document

I am creating a CMMI Document for that i need to use a template where i can
import all the settings from the template .. for that i need a help of how to
create a document template which will contain headings, title, paragraphs,
sub-headings, tables,

Start with a blank document (or a template that is close to what you want)
add all the fixed textual elements and paragraph styles etc that you will
need to format a document created from it , then save it as a template.
