Please advise how to obtain dvd label template for A4 size european paper to
print 6 labels per sheet. I have tried Fellowes and Expressit software but
the labels did not line up with precut adhesive paper.

You might need to make your own template with text boxes OR a table. You
can use empty table cells for the areas between the labels.
Unfortunately the rectangular shape of the table cells could cause some
challenges making full use of the round label shape. Some graphics
programs have the ability to create irregular "masks" that can make text
flow to fit in a circle and around the center hole.

It's easier to use labels from a company that provides matching software
though.
