I need a way or tool to look at conf room trends / usage.

Does anyone know a way for me to extract the usage of my conference rooms?
We are looking to turn one of my conference rooms into a lab and I need to
see which of our conference rooms has the least amount of usage and how
converting it to a lab will affect the other rooms.

If there is a MS way to do this, great, if I have to go 3rd party I will.
