It's for 2000 but applies to 2003 in exactly the same way. Print it out. Read
it carefully. Get a good night's sleep; read it AGAIN, even more carefully.
It's got a checklist of steps - follow them for your database.
Do be aware that Access workgroup security can be hacked, and isn't secure
enough to keep out a determined and knowlegable enemy. If your data is
business critical and you're concerned about intentional subversion of the
data, you should put your backend into SQL/Server with Windows security. It's
not perfect either but it's much stronger.
