I was asked by a client to create activities (his deliverables) that can be
progressed (% work complete or physical % complete) and are linked BOTH in
the start (SS) and in the finish (FF) in an automatic way, in other words,
when its components change it also changes accordingly. They should act like
a summary or hammock composed by non-subtask activities ... MS Project 2003
does not seem to be able to handle this special situation - which could be
VERY useful for users wishing custom summaries/hammocks! Can anybody help
me? Thanks a lot.
