i need an installation plugin for entourage2004/ palm/mac Os 10.3

Please help me!
I have a mac OS version 10.3, use entourage 2004 for mac and have a
palme desktop 4.o. I am trying to install a palm desktop and a
handheld synk installer for entourage but i haven't been successful. It
says that the installation failed because microsoft component plugin
was not found..
What do i do?? which plug in is that??

Did you install the version of Handheld Synchronization provided by
Microsoft for Office 2004? It's located in
/Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Additional Tools/Handheld Sync Installer

The versions at the Microsoft web site are only for Entourage X.
