I need Dutch spelling tool for Office 2007

I need a spelling tool for Dutch for Microsoft Office Small Business 2007.
I lilive outside the USA and cannot find a retailer who can sell this to me.

If you have the Dutch or French language version of Office 2007, then
Dutch proofing tools are included on your Office 2007 CD. If you have
some other language version of Office 2007, then you can purchase and
install the Dutch single language pack for Office 2007. If you want
help finding a local retailer, then you need to first determine which
country you are in, and then tell us specifically which country you are
in (hint: "outside the USA" is not the name of a country).
