I need help Customizing the toolbar in Office 2003

I just installed office 2003 and customized the toolbars in Outlook
but everytime you restart Outlook the toolbars are all
jumbled/messed up again, it does this everytime.

Thanks for any help.

I agree. Does anyone have some information about this annoying tendency?
