I need help downloading Service Pack 3 for Office 2000

I have Office 2000 and I am trying to download the Service Pack 3 so that I
can upgrade to 2007. After I downloaded it I tried to open it and I got the
message,
"The expected version of the product was not found on your system."

I don't think you need to update Office 2000 in order to upgrade to 2007.
In fact, I don't think you need to have Office 2000 installed at all. I
believe you just need the original Office 2000 install kit to install an
Office 2007 Upgrade.
