i need help from scratch

i have played on my computer (self taught) for over 5 years now. i am a self
employed house painter of 36 years and i have seen on gma twice now about how
many companies are looking for people to do medical coding for them from
their homes, but first brush up on your computer skills. i dont know how
advanced i need to be or how to tell how advanced i am with just shopping,
and searching, and e-mailing... how do i find out and how do i find out how
advanced i need to be. ide hate to finally find the class i need to take and
be unprepared in the first step. thanks so much

This has absolutely nothing to do with Microsoft Office. Google is your
friend (or in this case enemy.) Google this phrase with the quote marks
"medical coding from home" Most are for schools. Remember that there are a
lot of people saying they are the experts but is there really a need for the
service?
