I need help uninstalling Office XP and add/remove doesn't work.

I tried to update to Office 2003 and I could not get updates from the web
site. I uninstalled Office 2003 to uninstall Office XP. I cannot uninstall
Office XP and I cannot even find the files. It does show up in the
add/remove list though. I tried to reinstall Office 2003 and it said that I
would hacve to uninstall Outlook manually. I would like a fresh Office 2003
on my computer (I have a full version disk and key). How do I get rid of the
"other junk"?
