I need help with Access 97

I recently got a new computer because my previous computer packed up. I have
reinstalled the Microsoft Office 97 Professional Edition and all works fine
with the exception of Access. Whenever I try to open Access I get the message
- "Microsoft Access cannot start because there is no license for it on this
machine". Can anyone help?
