I need help with building a relationship with Smart art

i have to bullet points in different boxes in my smart art hierarchy chart
that I need to connect to one lower level bullet. For example: Below I need
both of the "C"s to connect to the "D". Is this possible to do in Smart Art,
or am I just going to have to draw a line to make them connect?
