I need help with the Public Calendar

JB/PF HELP

The public calendar entries are not displaying the same information on each
workstation for ex. if I input something as an all day event it is showing
correctly on my system but it shows as a two day event on the other systems.
I have verified that the all day event box is checked on my system, however
it is not displaying on the other systems as this is shared information and
we all should be viewing the same items.

The systems are not all using the same time zone and DST settings.
