I need help

I can open word and type all I want, but when I save it and
close it and try to come back to it, I get a dialog box
saying "file name" is unavailable. Can someone help me, please.

Hi Francine,

If you also use Norton AV then go to Norton Options and in the
Miscellaneous section disable the "Office Plug-in" option.
