I NEED HELP!!!!!!

I want to create a linking table while clicking onto an option button!
However, as blonde as I am I can't figure out how to do it.

for example: if you click on to an option icon I would like to see more
information come up from just clicking on that little dot!

If anyone one would like to be my knight in shining armor and come to my
rescue it would be greatly appreciated as this is for work!

Thank you greatly!!!

Ummm... no. You almost certainly do NOT.

Creating a new table should be a very rare operation. Normally you would have
all your tables defined to start with, and just add, edit, and delete data in
them.

What - in a real-life sense - are you trying to ACCOMPLISH with this button?
What tables do you currently have? What do you mean by "that little dot"???

My armor is a bit rusty but I'll see I can be of assistance...

Sounds like the 'Table' you need is an OUTPUT, and outouts are generated from
Queries.

Select the 'Query' objects, then select 'New'. At this point you may create
your query in Design View or by using a Wizard to automate the process
alittle. Whichever the case, either select the Table you wish to pull data
from, or add that table to the design grid.

From here you need to specify which 'Fields' to include (Columns in your
Table). Save the Query with a name describing the 'output goal' followed by
the word 'Query' (ie: AddressList Query). You will link this query to your
button later.

Select the 'Form' objects, then open the form you wish to add the button to
in 'Design View'. Display your Toolbox (View/ Toolbox), and select the Wizard
button (this is a toggle button; it is selected when it is high-lighted),
then select the button option you wish to insert and draw the button on the
form in the desired location. The wizard will open and walk you thru the rest
of the steps necessary.
