I Need hidden link "mailto:" to appear in new column please help

Hi All

I have names in column A When placing mouse over the name it reveals a
mailto:[email protected] I need the formula to reveal these email
address in another column.

I have tried

=Hyperlink (A1)
=Address (A1)
=GetAddress (A1)

Please help

I don't see any quick way to do this.

The hyperlink cells have apparently been modified to display the full names
rather than the email addresses & there is no formula or Paste Special
option to extract the email address data since it isn't actually displayed
in the cells. I don't know if there is a VBA solution or not, but even if
there is it probably would be dependent on what version of Excel you're
using ‹ which you've neglected to mention in either of your posts.

The only suggestion I can offer is to copy the content to the other column
then edit each hyperlink to remove the "Display" information, which in this
case is the name of the individual.
