I need incoming mail to goto different inboxes

Mellissa

My husband and I have different email accounts (gmail). I have them set up to
go into outlook. However, both of our mail is going to the same inbox. How
can I make mail sent to his email go to a separate inbox, and mail sent to my
email go to another inbox? We have Outlook 2003 and Windows XP home.
Thanks!

Use rules to filter mail sent to (e-mail address removed) to one sub folder and (e-mail address removed) to a separate sub-folder. There can be only one delivery location unless you are using separate profiles.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Mellissa asked:

Hi,
You can create a folder to keep all your email and create rule so all
the email sent to you will be redirect to your folder not inbox.
Ideally you create your own username/login so every time you open the
computer, you can select your username to log in, all the email will
be kept in each user, no need to create new folder or rule
