I need some help with an error I get when installing programs.

Hi.
I seem to be getting an error when I try to download certain programs. Some
programs I don't have a problem installing, and when attempting to download
others...I get this.

I'm not sure what the difference between the programs I can download and the
one's I cannot. Also, how do I fix the problem? I've searched, and have come
up with nothing. Can anyone help me?

Thank you for your reply. I downloaded the clean-up utility, and the problem
still occurred. Are there any other solutions that might work?

Did you run the cleanup utility? Open the program, scroll down to the program
that is giving you the error message and click remove. Re-install. Be certain
you have the product code when you run the utility. If you are uncertain about
your product code, run Belarc Advisor first.

What is the program? Does it have a repair feature? Have you gone to the web
site of the program and asked for support?
