When the screen comes up, you should have your logon option and a Switch
User. Switch User and then type in Administrator and leave the password
blank.

After furious head scratching, jesseok asked:
| Peter, I've tried the Belarc thing, it only shows what's in the OS
| that you are logged into. When the windows7 that i need to get into
| comes up on the screen to log in, there is not a Administrator option
| available. I have tried to figure out a way to run belarc on that
| install but haven't come up with any ideas as i can't log into that
| installation. Thanks for the reply and if you have more ideas I'd
| like to hear them. Thanks, Jeff "Peter Foldes" wrote:
