I need the names of my email servers .msn email accnt Outlook 2k3

(Outlook 2003) Within Tools > Options there is an area within Outlook 2003 to
connect Outlook to my SteveRiley109.msn email account for polling and sending

What are the server names and the IP addresses
Do I need any encryption specified?
How can I get this to work?
Why is this information not easy to obtain?
