I Need this KB download

Hi:
I need the Post Service Pack 2 Update for MS Excel (KB 894234)
The araticle says I should contact MS but there is NO way to contact MS
without paying $50 bucks for the privilege.

How can I just download this module without having to go through a ordeal.
