I need to add this to cf6 cell as a CF formula ... cell... FB6,COND1,"TRUE"

its from cell FB6 CF condition 1 I need it to be true.
AND(FC6<=1%,OR(EV6:EX6)<=FB$5) ...need to add into the below.

Its location to be placed in the formula is shown below ~~...~~

=IF(FC7="","",AND(OR(ET6:EX6)>3%,AND(FC6<=1%
~~(FB6,COND1,"TRUE"~~,OR(EV6:EX6)<=FB$5),OR(SUM(EW6:EX6,FC6)>FC6,SUM(EY6+FH6)<-17%)))
